Currently managed by the third generation, our core focus is to develop and preserve the family heritage, ensuring sound management and generational continuity across all our assets.<\/p>\n<p>We operate within the Barcelona metropolitan area. Our industrial buildings are primarily located along the AP-7 highway corridor, spanning from Castellbisbal to Les Franqueses del Vall\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our core business involves acquiring land to develop build-to-suit or speculative projects; we design the buildings we lease and oversee their construction. We specialize in the industrial and logistics sectors, backed by extensive experience serving clients across diverse industries, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, electronics, logistics, transport, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment, among others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How we do it: Quality, service, and sustainability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-position: outside; padding-left: 1em; margin-left: 0; margin-bottom: 20px;\">\n<li><b data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Tailor-made buildings:<\/b> We aim to adapt our buildings to the production processes and operational needs of the clients who use them.
