It is managed currently by the third generation of the family.<\/li>\n<li>Our business is the acquisition of land to develop turnkey or speculative projects. We design the buildings that we will rent and oversee their construction.<\/li>\n<li>We specialise in the industrial and logistics sectors and have extensive experience working with clients from industries such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, electronics, logistics, transportation, food, retail, entertainment, and more.<\/li>\n<li>We operate in the metropolitan area of Barcelona. The main locations of our warehouses are along the AP-7 highway from Castellbisbal to Les Franqueses del Vall\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>We accompany and advise clients on all aspects related to the occupation and use of the building in all phases of the process, from their initial interest in renting to potential disengagement.<\/li>\n<li>We strive to adapt the buildings to the clients&#8217; production process and\/or operations that will be carried out within them.<\/li>\n<li>Our assets are characterised by architectural designs that meet real needs, excellent material quality, and well-executed construction work.<\/li>\n<li>When designing the buildings, we prioritise their environmental and economic sustainability and aim to minimise resource consumption throughout their life time.<\/li>\n<li>We are committed to maintaining our warehouses in good condition so that clients can always operate as comfortably as expected.<\/li>\n<li>With our strategy, we aim to contribute to long-term economic and social development that respects the environment and society as a whole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nausbcn 1989 is a family-owned company founded with the intention of being sustainable and preserving its heritage in the long term.
